What this site is
Investing Unlocked publishes explainers, a glossary and calculators for people who are new to trading and crypto. We start with how markets work, how much a trade really costs and how losses compound, because those are the things that decide whether a beginner keeps their money.
We do not publish buy or sell signals, price predictions or rankings that someone paid for. We do not run ads and we do not take affiliate commissions. See how we are funded.
Who writes it
Pages are written and checked by the Investing Unlocked editorial desk. Every page goes through two separate steps before it is published: one person or agent writes it from our knowledge base of primary sources, and a different one checks every number, date and rule against the original document.
We would rather show our work than ask for trust. Every figure on a page links to the source it came from, and each page says how many of its sources are primary documents such as regulator pages, official statistics, laws or protocol documentation.
